DDLA, LLC offers a leadership program unlike any other. This comprehensive program takes leadership from cradle to grave dependent upon the needs of the client.
Phase 1 of this program includes leadership training. This training establishes the basic tenets of leadership from which the other levels build upon. While it takes years to become a great leader, this comprehensive program moves this process in a positive direction.
The training provided in Step 1 of the program can be taken all at once or as stand-alone courses as selected by the client. The courses may be taken in one week’s time (40 hours), or over a multi-year period depending upon the schedule and financial capability of each client.
Phase 2 of the program is the professional development of the aspiring leader. This phase includes the establishment of annual goals, sensing sessions to provide feedback to each candidate and adjust the individual’s leadership blueprint as needed to maximize growth. While the decision of each client, providing multiple leadership opportunities during this phase of the program can greatly enhance the experience and knowledge level of the employee. This phase can take one or multiple years, but once the foundation is established, the client can assume the responsibility of completing the training if comfortable in doing so.
Phase 3 of the program is assisting the client in establishing the proper climate to foster further growth of the aspiring leaders, but also to increase productivity throughout the organization. DDLA, LLC provides a variety of areas that can enhance any organization. A client can pick and choose from this list as desired. If selected, this phase can take anywhere from one year to several years dependent upon each client’s end state.
As the DDLA, LLC is extremely adaptable, a client can select from a variety of options dependent upon their needs and choose as many or as little of the courses and/or phases as they may desire.
