I will work with an organization’s leadership to determine the effectiveness of leadership training through the use of sensing sessions, climate surveys, and employee interviews throughout the three-phase program.  Attaining such metrics do take time and patience and the length of this service would be completely dependent upon the organization’s financial capability, leadership commitment, and the desired end-state, therefore, hours will vary for each client.
