Leadership Training

Phase 1 – Training:

Flat rate of $55/hr for training sessions with a 4-hour minimum.  This includes preparation of all materials.

Phase 2 – Development Consulting:

Flat rate of $65/hr for consulting and preparation of any materials.  For planning purposes, based upon a group of ten personnel, it will typically take on average:

-1 hour for goal setting per individual;

-1 hour for sensing sessions per individual.

Goal setting is completed once per year, while sensing sessions may vary it is recommended that they be completed quarterly.

Phase 3 – Organizational Climate Change/Transition Consulting:

Flat rate of $75/hr for consulting and preparation of any materials.  For planning purposes, based upon a group of ten personnel, in the culminating phase of the program the following are average hours for each option:

-1 to 2 hours for the development of a leadership profile per individual;

-10 to 20 hours for the development of an organizational climate survey;

-15 to 20 hours to administer and analyze the climate survey results;

-20 to 30 hours to develop a succession planning strategy;

-30 to 40 hours to review hiring processes and recommend changes to current practices;

-30 to 40 hours to review promotional processes and recommend changes to current practices.
